Vespa had just come out with the Granturismo it is a 200cc. Go to the Vespa site and you can read about it. I think Honda use to make one don't know if they still do. I have not kept up with motorscooters.

Hope it helps. Usually Aprilia and Ducati dealerships (Euro bike dealerships) have the best chances of finding a decent scooter. I notice you're close to Portland. I'm sure with all the "green" neo-hippies in that city, there has to be some good scooter dealerships.
