My son put a set of these on his '69 Bronco. He's running 33x12. 50-15 C rating for the little Bronco. He was running the older tread design BFG mud-terrain KM's before these. They work really well rock crawling with allot of biting edges. They seem to have the same road manners as the older KM's, no better no worse, but I don't think they clean out mud as well. So far he's really happy with them. I don't know how well they would do on a heavier CTD. I saw they come in a E rated 285-75R/16 3700 lb rating. I've been running the older tread design since the 80's on my jeep and trucks and I still like the older design better.
Regards, Mike.

Anyone else have experience on these on a CTD compared to the original MT KM's?

I realize the irony of asking about a mud tires on road manners but I am curious about wet weather and noise compared to the older KM's everyone has run forever. I like the fact that they are claiming stronger side walls and you can get them in E.

I have the old style BFG Mts on my Jeep they are quieter than brand new ones that I have driven on CTDs. Much louder than the Toyos I have on the 05
