2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission anybody used the lemon law...

has anybody ever persued legal action using the lemon law to back them up for our lift pump, steering and braking problems that we all have. i know that some states don't have these type of laws, but maybe if enough people have tried this or did it maybe we could DC's attention. some days i feel like trying it, but i have done most of my own work when something goes wrong, so i don't know if that would hold up or not. any thoughts or ideas?

I know a guy had a 96 4x4 with steering and transmission problems that they bought back. I have also heard many others on this site get there truck bought back, but I think they did not buy another dodge, and are no longer on this site.

A friend of mine lemon lawed a 01 v10 dually. It had around 30k when its 4th auto transmission went bad, he was able to get Chrysler to buy it back for what he paid plus the extras he put on it and reimburse him for the tags he bought. In the end he was able to trade for an 02 HO 2500 basically straight up. He had other problems with it also, somewhere along the line of 20 RO's from the service dept. It took about 60 days from start to finish.

I had a 95 CTD that had a bad right front brake pull. After 10 months and over a dozen times in the shop I meet with the factory rep. He was not real helpful until I told him I know what the lemon law says for WV. I asked him "do I need to call my attorney or can you fix this?". He stepped up and put me in the truck I have now. He even paid for the topper, fiberglass running boards, bug shield,vent shades and cell phone antenna. I was pleased!!
