Anyone else Not recieve Issue # 36 (P.O Is losing everything it seems)

I am losing a lot of things lately thru the U. S Mail (Wedding invitations went Horribly wrong $$$! ) and I was wondering just who hasn't rec'd The Registry as of yet?

Is there any Specific mailing dates per U. S Division??? I. E West Coast Vs Central and East coast??
