Hope to see y'all there. We'll have a few trucks coming up from Garmon's Diesel. Should be a wild time.

Good luck to all racers.

Can't wait to meet some TDR members saturday at Bowling Green. Hope someone brings a digital camera and can help me out with getting some pics in my profile. Gonna be fun, hopefully the weather will corporate.

Three Trucks that I know of from my neighborhood will be there trying their luck at the strip.

I will arrive fri night at the campground. I have IRON DIESEL across the windsheild and am pulling a AIRSTREAM. Come on over and say Hi! and stick around to help swap a turbo. lol I have poor mans twins, I run them one at a time. HX 40 gets me there and the 50 does a little more if I push it.

Hope to see you there Kaptn. I don't have anything on the windshield, but I do have 35" tires on 20" rims. Not to be arrogant but its noticeable. What time does the racing start? I will be driving down early Saturday morning.

Yeah, a little. I'll let David give all the numbers but I will say all the money came back to Georgia. Darren beat Derrick in the white, flamed Dodge, with a 11. 43 to a 11. 46. Spray against No2.

What a race.

It was a great time on Saturday! I came down from Lexington when I defintely should have been studyin for finals which are this week. Oh well, I 'd rather have fun with diesels than have good grades LOL. That pro-street Cummins ran dang good! Don't quote me, but I think that his fastest was 10. 28 or 10. 33, either was it was screamin! That was a good race with the drugs vs. the straight no. 2. I think that it was all about reaction time on that one. James

Yep, Bowling Green was a good time and luckily the rain held off. It was good to meet the TDR members there. Hope to do it again at Thunder in Muncie.

James:

Jeff's lowered Dodge actually ran a 10. 22. If I remember right at 137..... MPH. He had a 139 but at a lesser greater ET.

And Darren won because of torque. We have to get those mud tires off his truck. He spun the front tires and the transmission shifted . To show the power of these Cummins, he had the torque to pull him out of an almost "bog down" to run the 11. 43. That track was just a little hard for Darren's truck to hook on. A very happy young man he was. Very happy. And on the losing side, just a fine bunch of folks. No sour grapes from anybody.

A real fine time in Bowling Green. Dennis and his folks put on a fine show, and at the shop too.

Yes indeed, it was a blast and I enjoyed meeting and greeting many new faces. It was my first event to participate in and hope to do better on reaction times in Muncie.
