2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission anyone have a carfax 30 day sub. right now?

I am wondering if anyone has the ability to run a carfax on this dodge. .



Vin # 3B7KC2364XG172131 a 1999 dodge ram 2500 cummins 4x2 with about 234K miles.



The dealer is refusing to run one... a red flag??
