Archived Anyone have an 01 right front outer axleshaft??

Hello all... welcome to my nightmare... . While replacing the balljoints on my frontend, I busted the yolk on my right front outer axleshaft (disconnect to hub)... . Apparently this is the worst shaft to break, because nobody carries it by itself... found one at a junkyard but it got lost in shipment and now, after having the truck out of service for a week already, Im back to square one. I know its a long shot, but if anyone has one laying around and would be willing to part with it I would be GRATEFUL... . Or if anyone has any ideas where I might be able to procur one I would be grateful as well..... I've tried looking online to no avail, quad4x4 has the whole assembly but not the outer shaft by itself...

Did you break it while pressing out the u-joint or during the ball joint removal?

I (my friend) did it while pressing out the u-joints... the perfectly good ujoints in fact... insult to injury

Have you called Randy's Ring & Pinion? I think they're in Everett.

I was able to find one in Portland, so the truck is back on the road... Thanks
