Trying to diagnose my dead FASS problem and am getting very frustrated.

I tried to call Diesel Performance Products. 636 742 3100 and that number isn't working.

All I know is I have a dead truck , leaving for vacation tommorrow morning, and it's frickin pouring rain outside.

I've read thru DPP's trouble shooting guide and it's really isn't giving me to much. I've got a pump that works for about 10 minutes then blows the fuse. And the pump does feel warm to the touch after it blows the fuse.

After an appt. I have to be at in 15 minutes I'm going to plug in a pigtail hooked up to a battery and see if it blows the fuse again. I'm just trying to see if it's the vehicle wiring or pump.

Thanks, But wrong number that company has a very similar name to DPP. I'm looking for the one that manufactures the FASS.

Well I think I've solved the problem, thanks to Josh at Diesel Performance Solutions and Rebecca at DPP.

After running the pump off the battery using a jumper harness for 15 minutes with no problems , it obviously points to the wiring on the truck. Everything looked good but I did notice some rust around the relay under the hood. Swapped the relay out and the pump stayed working all the way to work which is 16 miles.
