Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Anyone have the pdf for changing injectors?

what do you need to know about changing injectors and what the hell is pdf I am not very big on internet lingo sorry.

the injectors are simple to change loosen the inlet lines on the side of the head remove the valve cover and find the correct size and thread pitch bolt then take off the hold down brackets and pop them out!! put back in that order and you should be on your way to happiness and sore cheecks

FYI the 19mm (3/4") injector nuts get tightened to 28 ft/lbs.

Keith, Thanks for the origins of the pdf. I'm putting in used bosch rv injectors this time, but I'll keep you in mind next time. I'm sure they'll be another set after a while the way things are going. I'm sure I'll need a clutch first though .

No, definitely 28 foot lbs.



The 8mm injector hold-downs get 89 inch/lbs.
