I have a 77 FJ40 which is the whole reason that I bought my 3/4 ton was to tow it. The Landcruiser is getting less road friendly the more trailworthy she gets.

Wow Larry you have all the outdoor recreation bases covered there in one tidy package. I would post a pic of my Cruzah but for some reason I am not allowed to post attachments. I also have an 84 FJ60. Gotta love those Land Cruisers

I need a little longer trailer so I can get my plane on too. Oh, there's a motorcycle and bicycles in the trailer locked up. And snorkle gear too. Let's see, what else do I "need"?

Yeah, gotta love the Cruisers. I sold my 83 FJ60 series last year. Needed the tow rig for the 40.

I have an 84 FJ 60 for my DD. It has a 4" Dobinson lift (Australian) and 33" MTs.

I love 4 wheelin' but I do it with a strictly off road rig, it has to

be trailered but it does a much better job than a dual purpose

vehicle. My better half built her own rig because she didn't want

to ride and I didn't want to give up driving. We go hunting over a

hundred trail miles from the highway and you need something

to get you there and back so reliability is a must.
