Anyone in the DFW Tarrant county area...

I am hoping a fellow TDR member in this area might be able to help me. I purchased a truck from a dealer out there on e-bay and after having it shipped to NY, it came off the transport truck with a bad motor. To make a long story short e-bay couldn't do anything for me and the dealer has since changed his name numerous times since then. I ended up putting a motor in the truck myself (listed below) in order to drive it to Nashville where I recently moved to. Now I am going to have to sue the dealer in his home county and am hoping that someone out that way may be willing to help me get the paperwork from the courts. This would be a great help and save an expense of me flying out there just to get the paperwork. I am willing to reimburse any expenses incurred in obtaining the paperwork and/or getting it to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance... Andrew

David, Thanks so much for the reply. I am currently waiting for someone in the courts there to call me back with some information. Then I will know what paperwork I need and where to pick it up. As soon as I know more, I will let you know. Thanks again... Andrew
