Anyone interested in a WV meet

I was thinking of a meet at Cass Scenic Railroad, then maybe a cruise around the back roads, just hangin out or something. I am really lookin to get something together close to me cause i will probably be workin all summer with little time to get to any of the events already on the schedule, if anyone is interested just post.

any time good for you guys is pretty much good for me, i work at cass scenic railroad on most every weekend, but if you guys wanted to come to ride the train and we could cruise somewhere from there, or i could meet you somewhere after work as long as it wasn't too far from home.

I have been on Cass a couple of times and to go to the top takes all day. I went with the Model T club. To do that you need a couple of days which would be fun.

That would be good... . We could all meet at our shop and convoy down to CASS. It's a beautiful drive, and I don't think there is a sole among us that wouldn't get a kick out of seeing some original working steam engines. In a way, these trains are like our trucks great, great, great grandparents. We could probably arrange to get rooms at a local bead and breakfast or up at Snowshoe. It would be a good time for all.

don't worry about snowshoe, too expensive, the cabins in the town of cass (old company houses) are only like 70 bucks a night for a 3 or 4 person cabin, check out www.cassrailroad.com for details on the cabins. I have several good back roads that are fun to drive, local knowledge is wonderful. I work the short run to whittaker, i have a lot of friends that work the top

Yea,Andy it's me. I escaped from the "Deliverance folks" before they made me squeel like a pig . Sorry I've missed so many events but I plan on coming to some again.

I live on the West Virginia boarder a small town called Waynesburg, Pa. A nice restaurant where we all can meet. Clarksburg not a bad place but can go anywhere. If I drive my Motor Home I can stay overnight whatever I can handle. LETS GET TOGETHER OK
