Hey all,

I'm looking at buying this truck but Wonder if anyone might have seen it or k ow the previous owner? It's got a lot of work done to it, 06 with 156k miles. I'm looking at trading in my 12 for it.

Here is the VIN for this truck.

3D3LX39CX6G207675

I've already worked with the bank and the dealer just wanting to figure stuff out on the truck before I actually dive in.

Looks like twin turbo setup, arp 625 studs, duel fuelers, built trans but not sure who. Havent gone under to look at it yet. All kinds of gauges and likely injectors. suspension work and BDS recoil traction bars. diff covers.

Pretty substantial amount of time and money went into this truck.

There is also this thing running from the upper coolant pipe to the back of the block but ive never seen this setup before and thats what is throwing me off.

That's a coolant bypass. It's designed to get more coolant flowing from the back of the block and keep from blowing freeze plugs out on high power/rpm motors.

Thats what I thought it had to be but the style and way it looks through me off. Ive only ever had a 99 2500 and this 2012 2500. Looks like this truck was setup for towing and hauling which is what I am looking for. Not to mention the Auto since Dallas traffic is getting worse day after day for a stick.

No i dont. Thats why i took a long shot at posting here to see if just MAYBE someone would recognize the truck and could give me some help. I'm going to get out there today or tomorrow and see if I can find a serial number on them or not. I do know that they are BorgWarner and it looks like a stainless Diesel compound kit. I wont know until I can actually go look at the truck.

They are asking 25,900 with 156,715 miles on an 06 laramie mega 3500 SRW.
