Anyone know where to get replacement interior parts? Dash, Door Panels, etc?

I have a 2006 Dodge 2500 and I am looking for a dash, right rear door panel, right rear door handle, 4wd shifter console/ cup holder. Anyone know where to find these parts used or aftermarket?

I've ordered a few interior replacement bits from dodgeparts.com. They're pretty good.

I think allchryslerparts.com has slightly better prices.

Do an internet search for "The Y Yard" in Effingham, Illinois. I got my replacment dash parts from a wrecked truck. Off the top of my head, I don't know their web site or phone number, other than it is a 217 area code.
