No, things definitely didn't go my way with my house. The repairs are going slow (no surprise since I'm doing them in my limited time). And the market seems to have gone belly-up for real estate (figures) so I wouldn't get much money out of selling when I'm done fixing. So I guess I'll just keep it a while. I have a good job here, and soon I'll have a nice house. Just gotta get my truck here somehow so I can get it going when my house becomes reasonably livable. Right now it's pretty bad.
