Anyone Remember Chrysler Power Magazine?

I was a subscriber for years. Great Tech topics and feature cars. Hands down one of the best Chrysler Cars only Mag.

Then around '97 Roland H Osborne III, Chrysler Power's editor, wife died.

In the next issue he said he wanted to take some time off. I didn't blame him. He said 'Christen Motorsports' was going to be the Chrysler Power magazine for awhile, with more Chrysler tech & cars.

I kept me subscription for about a year after that. I didn't see much MOPAR tech articles or MOPAR feature cars in it.
I figured Roland would be back and get the mag going again. It had a good following.

I didn't renew my subscription after about 2 years of waiting.

Chrysler Power was a GREAT magazine. #ad

Hemi Dart, Mopar Action is a great mag. Lots of tech and modified cars, they regularly hold drag shootouts. In fact I was invited to join them, but had blown up the mighty 440
and was/am still in the process of dropping the Hemi in.

Yep, it's true, the death of Mrs. Osborne was tragic and really affected Roland's life. He is still in Pa. and publishes Christian Motorsports which still has some Mopar content. I think he will be back in the fold someday. I believe He has something to do with the header and exhaust outfit, TTI. I met Roland at '93 or 4 Mopars @ Maple Grove, nice guy. I miss that show at the 'Grove, does anyone remember it? I get most Mopar Magazines, I like Mopar Action and H. P. Mopar best. Rich E'berg always has the best info on any topic.
