I think the same guy delivered my parts

Looks like NV4500 parts. I think you have built a few and may not need any advice. However, I will give you some anyway:D

Note the concave washer in the picture. At 280 lbs nut toque it stays concave, I assume for impact cushioning of the nut/gear. Bad design, the flexing will loosen the nut.

I recommend 400 lbs on the nut, flatten that sucker, it will not come loose again.

Looks like they played "toss" the packages as they loaded them onto the trucks!
Or did they drop the package while driving past at 45 MPH! How hard is it to keep a box in the correct shape and the heavier items go on the bottom. I know around here, they have their ear buds at full volume and only go by what their GPS tells them, not the house numbers! I've watched them go forward and backward looking at their GPS and then drop package. Many a day, I message the neighbors that their package is on the bench by my door! It seems that the USPS, Ups and 1 of the FEDEX drivers seem to get it right. All others are a crap shoot!

I hope the the store didn't sell you anything that has been "installed" prior! Check for brake cleaner smell and any grease prints! Spin those bearing good and listen for any issues!

Edit: I think they used that film as a training video!

Yessir I don’t have a torque wrench that goes that high but I do have a 3/4 inch breaker and a 3 foot cheater pipe makes it stays put .

That's a shame, I've had great luck with that vendor.
I have to that’s why I went there again he has good quality parts . This was just under 870$ worth of parts from the “vendor” it would have been 300$ for the same parts elsewhere

I hate fedex . UPS and usps actually care

Soon will be two months and no reply from torque king on these bearings I’m sure glad I spent money on high quality parts then they show up in a box like this . I think I’m going to order another set of bearings from a reputable supplier. Im not sure if I want to take a gamble on junk like this ? Half concerned about the shaft it had almost chewed through the brown paper it was wrapped in . How many times have those teeth been dropped on the concrete?

Have you filed a claim with your credit card company?

I second that. I had an issue with a merchant that, although they responded to me, would not accept the fact that I never received the shipment. I took it to my CC and was super easy to get my money refunded.

Did you call Torque King? Or just sent an Email and now waiting forever for a reply?
Torque King was always known for their excellent customer support, I have a hard time to believe that this all of a sudden changed.
