So you didn't call them then.

What do you mean by not the same company anymore? Did they change hands?
I'm not up to date with them, my last contact was years ago and it was great.

Near as I can tell they are still American owned and operated and have NOT been snapped up by some Vulture Capital group. Might be worth a phone all or email to the actual owner. It sounds like the shipper is actually at fault too. The CC companies are great at holding their feet to the fire so that might be the quickest way to get it resolved.

Dan quit quite a few years ago and the son took it over when the name changed . Sad to say because I think they have the best quality parts and they are close to home . I may order another bearing kit and use these bearings for another rebuild project I have . I don’t know but the thoughts off having another bearing fall in 3 years doesn’t make me happy
