I've had this annoying clunk coming from somewhere towards the rear of the truck when hitting a sharp bump for quite some time. Finally I crawled under and found it to be coming from the rear swaybar bushings where it bolts to the frame. There is slack in the bushings and although they completely surround the steel swaybar, when I hit the swaybar upward with my hand it clunks. Bushings must be pretty hard. Anyway, for a temporary fix I inserted a couple small squares of innertube between the frame and the bushings to tighten things up and no more clunk. Not sure how long this farmer fix will last so I was wondering where to purchase new bushings, dealer? Also anyone know what the heck the swaybar is attached to on the driverside of the frame... . it looks like some kind of a hydraulic valve or something?

I'd like to find a source for the rear sway bar end links myself. Seems like somewhere along the way before the traction bars were installed I wrapped the springs on the street and bent both the end links. I had straightened them the best I could but its time for them and the bushings to be replaced... . Andy
