Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) anyone running a Donaldson BHAF?

I was wondering if anyone is running a Donaldson # B105006 I just orderedone and hope it works.

All of the BHAF's are made by donaldson, they are just reboxed and labeled if it's not the donaldson brand labeled on it. Fleetguard, WIX, etc, made by donaldson. But as far the actual part number you mentioned and the one thats badged donaldson, yeah my bro runs that exact one in his 02' with 400 RWHP.

I just installed mine, do you just let it sit there or has anyone made a bracket for them?

Mine sits there just fine.

They will sit there just fine - although some sort of rubber bumpers on the original filter housing bolts are a good idea for protection against wearing against the BHAF - or else remove the bolts completely. I used one of the popular turbo heat shields on mine, so also needed the original bolts - but the shield itself included hold dowm brackets that I used for a bungee cord restrainer:
