My dad wants to run B20 Biodiesel in his truck and I'm wondering if it would be ok or not or if anyone currently runs it in their 3rd Gen. Any input would be appreciated

If I remember correctly, the owners manual says we can run no more than a 5% blend, but I could be wrong. Regarding price, as I understand it, it's more expensive than normal diesel. It does have its advantages such as increased lubrication, cooler operating temps and such, but it can also have its drawbacks as some components of biodiesel can degrade parts of your engine. Don't recall what parts however.
That's about all I know... sorry I wasn't much help![]()
