I was just browsing the Bridgestone website and ran across the Duravis M700 HD tire. They list it in the following sizes:

LT235/80R17 (31. 9" tall x 9. 4" wide) load range E

LT265/70R17 (31. 7" tall x 11. 1" wide) Load range E

Wondering if anyone is running these, and if so are you happy with them? I'd really like to replace my stock BFG's before winter. They suck. I'd like a 33" (or so) tall tire, but i don't want a whole lot of extra width on it...

Looks alot like the firestone that is available. I have a friend that runs the firestones and he likes them. They were great in the snow and ice we were cought in while pulling a car through CO from the UT boarder. I am just glad we have so many more choices in the stock size now.

I just put tires on my truck last week. I went with the michelin a/t2. A place here in town had a set special ordered and they were never picked up. I stayed with the stock size. Not many tires were made for the truck back in 03/04. This year several new ones are on the market. The Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels has quite a selection now. 19 choices in a stock E size. A couple may be listed twice because of white letters. They don't carry coopers. You can look there just to see what is made now.

That looks bad. I don't work for the company listed above. I have bought 4 sets of tires from them and never had a problem. I look at the site because it is a good one and I believe you should see what is available for the truck. More choices is a good thing! Some of the tires are so new its hard to say which ones are better.
