I had a set of 37x12. 50r16 on my old truck and they held up real well to wear and tear. They would sway a little till the raised letters wore down a little bit. They were E load rating also. I just put a set of 315 BFG A/T with a load range D but the weight on the side of the tires is rated the same as the puny michelins i took off at 3195lbs. Just a thought.

I remember someone posting what the difference between load range E and D was some time ago. I think it had something to do with the sidewall having less flex and being more stable when towing. There's more to it than just the weight rating.

Now I just have to find a 17" wheel that I like and will fit with the proper offset and backspacing and I will have finally found a tire/wheel combination I can live with.

I like the weld cheyenne but i think the offset is a bit much I had alot of offset on my other truck and the tires thru up so much it tore the side of the truck's paint all to pieces.

I have 36. 0X14. 5x16. 5 Dirt Grips on my truck. They wear very well and ride real nice. I had one go out of round about 1 inch which was not warrantied because I was past minimum tread wear. Other than that I have been very pleased with them and would definitely buy them again. -Glen
