I was wondering if anyone in the area is running these tires on their truck. I wanted to see how loud they are on the highway. i'm in the new york metro area.
They're quiet on my wrangler, and they're quiet on my Ram. Good tires! They are m/s tires, so don't expect whisper, but don't expect anybody to look at your truck because they hear you coming, either.
I have btwn 15000 and 20000 on mine and are about half way worn. Quiet as mud tires go. They are wearing well, would have worn better if I kept lower pressure (centers faster) but am too lasy to lower down and air up when I am not loading up the truck. Definitely lost over 1 mpg to the streets I was running before. Will probably try the AT's next or nitto terras. I don't mud it up much anymore and the others are much cheaper.
pulled the trigger and got the 35X 12. 5 m/t's. tires are sick, truck looks 10 times better. still getting use to handling, but they are not too loud. mine only stick out about 1/2 in in rear and 1 in in front. probably won't even do flares because of the paint issues with them. thanks!
