anyone tried second gen seats in a first gen?

I'd like to make the swap, but don't want to buy the seats to find out they don't fit!

I have the new style seats in my truck, the guy I bought it from put them in.



If I ever buy another 1st gen. dodge again I will put these seats in for sure, they are great!

I see that you guys that are talking about the 2nd gen seats in our first gen's are drivingng either a club or crew cab. Do you think they would fit in a standard cab truck and if so do they bolt to same holes or do you have to modify the mont in some way?

I would also like to see some pictures of your seats as well.

mine's a standard cab too. see no reason why that would make a difference. Seat height,width, and mounting are my only concerns. Of course power and leather would be nice!

I would also like to see those pics. I really like the second gen seats but I haven't seen any aftermarket ones that I like too much.
