Anyone using Amalie XLO Heavy Duty Fleet Oil? Its CI-4 Rated.

To all of you pre 2007. 5 owners... is anyone using Amalie XLO Heavy Duty Fleet Oil? Its CI-4 rated with no mention of CJ anywhere on its spec sheet or container. I've been looking for a CI-4 oil but don't feel like spending $130 per oil change for AmsOil. The local transmission shop here in Longmont, CO (who I think very highly of) uses Amalie lubricants exclusively, so it can't be bad. I'm just curious if anyone on here has used it and what kind of change intervals you're seeing? The Amalie XLO is $16 per gallon, shipped. That's only a little more then I'm paying now for CJ-4 oil.
