Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Posting for a friend in the Abbotsford, BC area. He's got a transmission from BD with the upgraded valve body, increased line pressures, upgraded torque converter, Torque Loc, the works. Guess it's the same transmission that Piers runs. Anyway, he tows a lot and has decided he'd rather have the five speed. Willing to perform complete swap. If you're interested, I'll provide phone numbers.
Have some updated information. The truck is a '96 2wd extended cab with about 40k miles. The transmission has less than 7k miles on it, the new BD torque converter less than 1k miles.
He winters in Arizona so if you'd like to work a swap out in that area of the country he's willing.
