Anyone weld aluminum near Reading, PA???

Broke a bracket on my aluminum toolbox... need a 3-inch weld laid. Bracket is still attached on the other side (shaped like a "U")... should be less than a 5 minute job for someone setup to weld aluminum... I would do it if I had a TIG.



Local guys are all a bunch of idiots and won't touch it because it isn't a big enough job...



I'll hook the person up with a case of beer if they can weld it up for me...

Contact the local Vo-Tech School in your area, I bet the Welding teacher there would be more than happy to weld it up for you. If you were near me, I would do it for you !!! Good luck.

Steve, bring it up to our shop. We're in Bear Creek, right off of the turnpike. I'll TIG it back together and reinforce it if need be.
