Had a VERY hard cold start this morning on my '04 3500, even with the block heater plugged in all night. Let her warm about 30, got in and throttled up to 1000 to get the heater blowing good. Truck started surging from 1000 to 1500. Dropped the throttle and it kept surging from 750 to 1000 and the engine light came on. Killed the ignition and did the 3 key trick. Got code 2123(apps). Recranked and the truck did a full throttle, red line runaway. Scantool read the apps at 100% without the engine running and me off the throttle. Replaced the apps, calibrated it to 11%(10 to 12 recommended). Did the slow throttle full to off calibration for the ecm. Now have no throttle response at all. Repeated the last 2 steps several times to no avail. What else could it be???
Sorry my first posted thread is so long, but I know that the devil is in the details. Any ideas?
