Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) APPS Part# for a 98.5 Auto

Anyone recently replace their APPS? I'm looking for recent part #'s for a 98. 5 24V Auto. A couple numbers I pulled here on the TDR were not valid.



What I was told was: Bell Crank Assy. which has the APPS included for around $500 PN# 53031575. I just want the sensor so... .



APPS around $250 PN#4874412.



Then he asked for the last 9 digits of my VIN, and he says that the sensor only i s not available and that I would need to order the above listed Bell Crank Assy.



I'd hate to order just the sensor to find that it is not the same afterall.
