Well here's a long winded answer for ya.

1. It's not April yet so the're not going to burn that card.

2. The current incentives are good thru April 30, (1K), that doesn't mean they can't change them at anytime.

3. Chrysler sales numbers for Feb were down 26%,but for March (which isn't over) they are up 51% from a month ago, I don't remember if thats Rams or total sales, but are still down 12% from a year ago. Chrysler has already said that the days of huge incentives are going to be a thing of the past since that was some of the business practices that got them into trouble. They are watching Toyota, who is offering fairly big incentives for the obvious reasons, and the big Three have somewhat followed suit for the month of March, at least on the 1500s. Ford however does want to move the 2010 SD's to make room for their 6. &7L. I haven't seen sales numbers for the HD market reported.

Aditionally, GM and Chrysler are trying to watch the production numbers of vehicles, so that the market is not flooded with rigs causing them to have to offer huge money to get them out in the market place, which is effectivley the law of supply and demand.

So you can probably assume for the rest of March and through April if things remain steady or slowly trend upward that the incentives won't be barn burners. That's more than my 2 cents worth but hope this helps.
