ARB Sahara Bull Bar

Anybody have an ARB Sahara Bar? I have looked through the readers rig gallery and havent found any. Any thoughts or opinions on them? Are they everything they are put up to be? ]ARB Sahara Bar Here's the only picture I have found which is on the ARB website. Id like to see some more pictures of them before I spend the money on one.

I think that it is a goodlookin' bumper. It's a liitle pricey especially if you get the light kit.

I too looked at the ARB and found minimal information as well. I even received their catalog which didn't have anything more than the web site (other than prices). I ended up going with the Buckstop which is still being built and powder coated. I couldn't resist the positive feedback and style.

I have had the ARB bumper on my truck since the first one came off the boat. I have had no problems with it. Mounted & aligned very easily. I weighed the complete bumper with all the mounting parts including the chrome grill guard for a total of 129 pounds. Depending on what winch you install you will have to add that to this weight. I also have an ARB Sahara and have been very happy with it. Luckily, I have not had the opportunity to test the impact resistance, but it's far better than stock. If you want to see some photos, drop me a note and include what views you want.

Is there anyone who has the ARB bumper that has actually hit something with it? How did it hold up???

I also had an ARB bumper. It was very nice, but I sold my 97 and got a 03. Hopefully they will come out with one for the newer trucks. Also check out issue 39 page 16. There is some more information that might help you decide.
