Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I have no interest in getting my truck replaced but have full intentions of pursueing arbitration to get reimbursed for repairs- any ins outs aside from keeping a cool head and doccumenting?
I need to fix the truck now and realize it will be some time before I get resolution- will go to court if arbitration fails, I know enough about contract law etc to know I can win easily. I searched the forum but most everything I found was relative to truck by backs.
