Are all trucks wired for Dual climate, adj pedals, heated seats, etc?

I have a 2006 2500 and I pulled the radio bezel off and saw that there were four plugs there that just snap into holes in the plastic. I am wandering if these plugs are for dual climate control, electric back glass, heated seats, etc. There is also a plug behind the adjustible pedal delete plate. I know my truck just has stationary pedals, but are the harnesses in these trucks all the same? If so, I am thinking of adding the dual climate control.

Even if you have the wires which I am sure you probably have since it is more economical to just have one harness, you still need the dual zone HVAC Housing installed with dual blend doors. So installing just the front panel with the switch will get you just the look of a dual control. The HVAC housing is under the dash and requires removal of the dash to get to it.

im pretty sure the dont come with the correct modules to run the componets if not equipt by the factory. im sure the plugs are there but not the modules. nor the motor for the adjustable pedals.

I have the dual climate control on my truck and I'm not impressed. I could have done well with out it, but it came with the Laramie package. Now on my Toyota Avalon, it's great. My truck was also suppose to have the adjustable pedals, which was deleted because they didn't have the parts when my truck was being assembled. They gave me credit for it, however I wished I did have it because when we travel my wife drives half of the time and she's not very tall, 5' 5", and has to adjust the seat forward a bit. I wonder if I can still get the adjustable pedals?
