Why dont they dyno and find out? I heard of a few people who have AWD dyno's.

They dyno. Not on rollers though. :-laf

The numbers don't lie. The times for "the" dragster show a little over 1200 hp at the wheels The same motor as the pulling truck? Hmmmmm... ...

I think they dyno, but they don't broadcast it for the world to see. I was talking to a big puller the other day and he never gave numbers, but he mentioned they had been on a dyno. I am guessing probably using engine dynos would be my guess.
