I was given a CH-465 transmission (dual PTO Ports) and a CH-465 married T case adapter with drive coupling ,flywheel adapter and bell housing for a Cummins 6B series engine. I was told this used to all hang behind a early 6B series Cummins. Cast into the transmission top is CH-465. The flywheel adapter is a Cummins bolt match for sure. That is all the info I have.
Searching the web, I find a little mention of a CH-465 listed for sale at some of the truck transmission shops, but nothing with any specs. Lots of info on SM-465's including married NP-205's.
Is the CH-465 the same as a Munice SM-465 ? Any idea what T cases were coupled to the CH-465 trannies ? What are the Ch-465 Gear Ratios. I need to find if I have gold or a pigs ear in the transmission/T case Adapter. Since it once hung behind a 6B series, it will also mount to a 4B series Cummins. I am getting ready to start a Cummins 4BTA Powered M-37, hope this is gold.
