Skyjacker coils

As for the best leveling kit I recommend the Skyjacker 2. 5" coils hands down. I've used the spacers too and they worked for getting the front end up there but the SJ coils do the same AND really improve the ride. I don't have any pics and I'm not running that setup anymore but there are quite a few guys here that do and I'm sure they'll chime in.
 
Shocks

I forgot to address the shocks. If you do not wheel the truck hard you will be fine with the stock shocks. Personally, I don't like to do any job twice so I would replace them while you have the old ones off.
 
I run the STEEL spacers from Jackit.com (tuff country spacers)



I shyed away from the Poly spacers as they can become brittle over time especially if subjected to very cold and salty climates.

Very happy however your wheel will reflect the newly relocated front axle. An adjustable trcak bar can iron that out.
