Arm Rest

Hey I have a 1993 D250 and need a drivers side arm rest. Does anybody know where I can get a new arm rest?? I googled it and didnt find it. Any information will be greatly appreciated

We were able to get one from Dodge last month. I know not all of the 3 colors were still available. What color did you need ? Grey Red or Beige? Shadrach

Also need the metal clips that holds the door panel to the door.

I had to replace that same one on Tuggers old truck. he must have used the arm rest a great deal. I dunno... ... . but I bought one right from Mopar. Also found them common missing tail gate support arm holder. Wow. What a quiet ride I now have!

Mopar Parts for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep: MoparPartsAmerica and create an account you can D/L the cataloge in PDF Format. I like this because you can find the Dodge Part number. Plus the cost for the arm rest is only $45. 76 which is a good deal. I called and talked to my local dodge dealer and asked if they could match the price and they told me they couldnt even come close. So I will wait a few extra days to get a good deal plus no tax. However you must always add the shipping cost, the bottom line on this deal was a savings. Thanks for all the help.

The one we got was Red , but Grey is the most popular and I'm sure it was still available for Dodge. Shadrach

My blue truck was like many; It was missing the tail gate, support strap "HOLDER"



The "ARMS" that support the tail gate when you open it. These metal straps have a rubber holder that they seat into to keep them metal straps from banging around when the gate is closed.



I don't know why more people don't replace them. They are available. All that noise they make is louder than the open exhaust!

I just ordered a left grey armrest from Dodge today. My truck had good tailgate rubbers and check arms. Shadrach

I don't remember saving the no. I simply told the parts guy what I needed. There is a serial number break in 1990. I recieved the WRONG set even AFTER giving my VIN No. The only correction which I had to make was to trim off a small (rubber) tab. The later trucks (late 1990 to 93) use this funky tab. My 1990 did not.

yes. the early ones use one of those funky tabs to mount, they newer ones use two. these will go a long way toward keeping your sanity, especially with an open sliding rear window.

How long ago did you guys order them??

So what do you need an arm rest for anyway? Did you just fly in from Ashland and your arms are tired?

I called On Tues and was told the 1993 drivers side arm rest (gray) was avail and the LA warehouse had plenty of them, for the passenger side, he could get them but I would have to wait till 15th Nov. They are out there!!

OK. I spoke with the dealer again and the reason is that east coast dealers can only scan east coast parts inventory. The farthest west he can scan is MI hence the reason he shows nothing.



Wonder if that works the same way in the US??

I need 2 of these, drivers side, grey, heck I might get some spares!. If anyone finds a link or phone number please let me know. I've got tomorrow off (Thanks to all the Vets) so maybe I'll try to stop by the Dodge dealer.
