Have been watching the gelled fuel threads on here and wondered if any of you had ever heard of these guys???
It is a Maine based company that started in the early '70's and makes very good fuel treatment products, not only for #2 fuel but grades #4 thru #6 as well.
The stuff works. Period.
I have employees that own house trailers and double wides with Miller Gun furnaces that have outdoor 275 gallon fuel tanks. The norm is to run K-1 in an outside tank but the price is getting ridiculous. They are now buying #2 and treating the tanks with Aronol. No issues with any of them and it was -25 below a couple nights last week. If it didn't work it would have shown up then. Nobody wants the heat to go out at those temperatures.
Also, I just went out to the showroom and looked at the Power Service that I stock along with the Aronol.
32 ozs of Power Service treats 100 gallons.
32 ozs of Aronol treats 250 gallon for almost the same price!!!
Check it out, just wanted to present another option.

Have a look, this is more than a shameless plug for a Maine based business...
