At 185k, what should I look for?

Been travelling a lot lately... put a trip to GA, three trips to SC, and one to Miami in the past two months. Got a lot more coming up... at least on to Jacksonville, one to NM, and one to Miami...



Wondering if there is anything to consider replacing at the 200k mark as PM? I'm talking things that may leave me sitting... like idler pullies???



I haven't really seen any threads about common issues lately, but not a lot of people pushing 200k either...



Anything I should check? The truck sees fairly routine maintenance, so...

My truck had the following:



133K miles: replaced water pump and adjusted the valves

142K miles: rear shocks

176K miles: Front U-joints, Upper & lower ball joints, Front pinion seal, Front end alignment

192K miles: Throttle position sensor (APPS)

194K miles: Both front hub assemblies



Now at 232K miles and still pulling strong (needs another set of tires though).

Everything you listed, except the APPS, has been done already... some of it just last week.
