ATF +4 in 5 gallon buckets, NE Georgia.

I'm looking for a source of good quality ATF +4 in 1 or 5 gallon sizes.

I was quoted $75.00 for a 5 gallon bucket but then they ran into minimum order amount issues. So there is availability I just can't find it.

Since this would need to be local pick up I am probaly limited to NE Georgia, Western NC, NW South Carolina area.

It would appear that you are looking too far down the supply chain. Google up oil distributors in your area. Call them, check for availabilty of the pail and see if you can purchase direct (maybe yes, probably no). If you can not purchase direct ask for vendors in your area that do business with that distributor. You should be able to score a single pail that way.

I sell lubricants obtained from a local distributor. I have no minimums on any product that my distributor has on hand. One pail or forty, makes no difference.

Excluding special buys of course.
