The ATS 2000/5000 Compound setup I have is only pushing 40PSI max for some reason, I have the wastegate rod turned all the way to the actuator, and still at 40 PSI. I am getting my reading from the Attitude, I have a feeling, that the MAP sensor with only 5v will only read a max of 40-42psi??

Along with that, it definitely doesn't feel like anything more than 40psi when driving it. I took the truck to ATS, Clint seems to believe that it won't push more than 40 psi until I have a bigger set of sticks..... But shouldn't a set of compunds with stock sticks at least see more than 40 psi??

how is the smoke situation? maybe with the stock injectors you are only pushing 40 PSI of boost because the turbos are operating efficiently, and moving more air

I dunno for sure

yeah, you need a real boost gauge. the MAP sensor is only good to 40psi. while you are at it, get two boost gauges, one for the primary and one for the total boost to help you tune them in properly. twins take a bit of tweaking to get dialed in, the you should never have to mess with them again.
