well needless to say all the bad luck last week it's finally turning around. Got the rig from ats today and i'm happy to say there were awesome once again. I wish i would of just gotten it all done right the first time but i'm not risking it again. I got the intermediate and the output shaft also done for a pretty nice total including the tow. It's getting pretty spendy these days but now we got the top of the line level 5 with all the shafts billet and the flexplate billet. I'm hoping that this will cure all the possible transmission issues. I can say they did everything i hoped for and then some. They were even gonna try to deliver the truck to me since i had a prior arrangement that was going to require me to take off today. I really don't understand how anyone can be unsatisfied with the service they provide in any way shap or form. I've read some posts on here where people have issues with them so they say. I've never had any issues or problems at all not even anything that resembles a problem. I called them last thursday, they got it towed last thursday to the shop. That was painful 350. 00 anyway they have a full slate all the time pretty much and they still got me done in a week and i was was very happy with the drive home. I can honestly say that every item i've gotten products from atsit has been absolutely 100% what they said it would be. Even the injectors were like within 3 hp of what they claimed on the dyno. They are awesome to deal with i just wish stuff wasn't so expensive but when u get the products from them you get a lot more then that. there is like an unseen responsability that they provide well after u purchase that transmission and that they continue to provide for the life of the transmission. I believe they excell in this department every bit as much as the products they offer. I haven't always seen eye to eye with some of the folks there but their products are awesome and like i said so is the service. Just being able to deal with me in itself is amazing because i'm one of the biggest pain in the rear customers ever. I guarantee that. However they were still glad to help and if they did get irritated which i'm sure they did at some point, they hid it well. lol

and i was questioning the warranty because i've heard and read certain things which led me to believe it wasn't the warranty i thought it was. However upon speaking to them i found out that the warranty is

100K MILES OR 3 YEARS EVERYTHING COVERED.

This is of course requiring the input shaft to get this coverage in addittion to having it serviced at the local ats installer. However now that i have all 3 shafts and flexplate i'm covered for 3 years no matter what. Even if i'm towing my trailer off road doing 4x4 25 lbs boostlaunch and it breaks they fix it. That was one of the major issues i looked at when i purchased the transmission and i'm glad to say it is exactly what i was led to believe it was in the beginning.
