I like em, helps with turbo spool and lower EGT's, plus they look a lot better than the stock stuff, and no cracking issues with the exhaust like the stocker

I agree, looks a heck of a lot better and spoolup is awesome.
 
Nice pieces but HP gains don't really show up unless you are really pushing the edge. The don't normally crack and do look great. As for the Arc Flow or Banks intake I wouldn't add one unless you like the way they look..... The ATS version does have ports for accessories and such but performance is nil or degraded slightly.

I like my Arch flow manifold... I noticed a differance before I changed out my stock turbo. It was a lot smoother off the line and I didn't have to down shift from thrid to second going around cornors anymore.

Exhaust manifolds not intakes. ATS casting looks thicker to me but the HTT is a niece piece too. I guess it comes down to price when two products are so neck and neck on quality.
 
What about the arc flow intakes said:
I was just sharing my thoughts, since he asked. :D I like th ATS piece better because of the thinkness and mine was already coated, but there all better than the stock piece.

This is very true - all are better than the stockers that's for sure.
