Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
It has been 7 month now since I had an ATS "Five Star Torque Converter" and Valve Body installed. So I had a little time since then to gain experience with the new and greatly improved feeling in the driver seat. Wholeheartedly I must say: This was one of the best investments in my truck. Yes I am calling it an investment, because there is indeed a return on $$s spent. On average I am experiencing 1 to 1½ mpg improvement in fuel economy, depending on driving conditions. My auto trans runs about 20ºF cooler. So it is fair to count on longer life expectancy.
And then there is of course the FUN factor of having all the advantages of an auto trans combined with the feeling of a manual. This product is truely outstanding.
Clint Cannon and his team share a conviction true to their Mission Statement. When things don't go perfect, we are very easy to complain and cast skepticism. But giving praise usually is much harder to do. Well I am proud to have selected ATS and recommend them and their products to my friends and associates. Thanks ATS for designing outstanding products and providing excellent Customer Service.
