i want to change out my diff. covers on my 15k service. Any difference between these to. Would also think of adding ATS manifold and intake later on. I like staying with on brand if possible.

Mag Hitec has been around a lot longer, but that doesn't really say anything about ATS. Mag doesn't make manifolds, so if you really want to stick with one brand ATS would be the only choice.

I glanced at the ATS covers and the only thing that made me raise an eyebrow was the "heavy duty cast material". Okay, what material? I'm assuming aluminum.

Also note that ATS doesn't make a front diff cover, but Mag does.

As a suggestion, you should consider PML also. They are made in the USA.

They make cast alum diff and trans pan covers in "as cast", black powder coat with polished fins and fully polished.

I went with PML because they use the factory gaskets (which are reusable) and also because they look great and don't have a gigantic "Mag-Hytec" logo for everyone to see.

I have an "as cast" trans pan and black powder coated front and rear diff covers and am very happy with their high quality and looks. They also come with high quality ss fasteners.

Go here for more info on PML: YourCovers.com Transmission Pans, Valve Covers & Differential Covers

I have the MagHytec covers, they look great, fit great and offer the greater amount of additional fluid capacity. If you have an auto transmission, they also offer a cover/pan for it as well.

At least the axles will match up with the transmission.

Im eventually going to go all-MagHytec. Just ordered the double deep transmission pan with my new trans, and by summer hopefully will be rockin the front/rear diff covers. They have a lot of nice features, and have been around for a long time.

Mag Hytec's on both ends of my '03, probably will be putting them on the '93 at the next scheduled service interval also!! :D

I love the look and performance of my Mag-Hytec. They were easy to put on. Easy to check and change fluid. Look great. Check around. Prices differ. I got mine for $250 a piece. Free shipping too

I had Mag-Hytec front and rear covers on my 99' ram and was very happy with them . Added capacity, easy of installation, magnets in the bottom of the cover to collect any pesky metal filings, dipstick to check the level. I also ran LE lube in both axles... ..... I will go back to Mag-Hytec covers for my 06'. I do not any personal experience with the other products listed below other than what I have heard from other folks, but havent been told of anything negative... ..... Oo.
