ATS three piece manifold

Has anyone used this, and are there benifits that are noticable from it. That thing looks cool, but I was just wondering if any thought went into it's development.

The ATS manifold is a good design. It emulates the ones used on big rigs. It allows for the expansion and contraction of the head vs. the manifold and ends the deformation of the manifold gaskets. It's worth the price anyone will charge for it.
