Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) ATS transmission owners

Im looking in to getting an ATS stage 1 transmission. i just want to see what owners of ATS trannys think about them. How hard are they to install? and have you had any problems with them. i just want to know that they are worth the money.

I would be open minded to several different repair/exchange facilities. Do your shopping, not just on price either. Most important, check reliability and warranty. Keep in mind the mods some people have. I'm still on my stocker, but I have made up my mind when the time comes.
