ATS twins ?

I am trying to decide on which set of twins to put on and would like to here everones experiences with them i am looking at ats, II, PDR,and would consider artic air set but nobody will return my calls or emails. i have not seen anyone talking about the ATS set. I just want the most reliable set on the market, i don't plan on making more than 700 hp and it is a daily driver.

I just got my set of towing twins from Industrial Injection, I have not installed them yet, but they look awesome. They are a well thought out kit and most people that have been around them really like them. Give Brett or Brady a call at II they will tell you straight up!

ATS Twins

A few things that I found notable about the ATS Twins: fit and finish is unparalled from anything I've seen. Also if you ck out their pics online then note the cast elbow for the wastegate. I'm sure other style wastegates work obviously, but this thing they designed is a piece of art,... it is an internal wastegate unlike most which are external. I can't say I've had experience with other setups but other members who have purchased other setups have had nightmare stories about NO instructions included,... . fit and finish sucks,... ... can't get their wastegate adjusted where it should/needs to be,... all this is NOT the case with the ATS set.



Pretty much it's like most things and you get what you pay for. I have their original compound set which is the A2k/A5k which I've ran for a little over a year now and you've all read about how the A5k is kicking the c. . p out of most of the other big singles so that should tell you something. Also they came up with an upgraded A2k version prior to going with an A3k turbo for their compounds recently and they contacted me and upgraded my A2k which in affect was a new turbo and invited me up to exchange it for the new version. They changed the exh and compressor housings and the wheel. The new wheel was some trick deal with different rake and pitch and clipped this and that and anyway it worked much better than the prior A2k.



My setup is very affective for up to 600hp (this is my opinion based on cooling egts I see) and very soon my mods are going to put me well over that so I'm looking at an upgraded set they have on a few trucks now that are good to 1000hp and are tricked up to really deliver the big HP and get it to you in the 1/4 mile which is the primary target. This setup has a really trick wastegate setup that is built into a totally new exh manifold and the turbos will definitely get your attention,... serious cooling,... boost... . and power. Just the ticket IMO.
