Attitude ?s for beta testers

I'm not trying to pry family secrets or asking when it'll be released.

Edge's site shows very little.



My qwesty's;

Is the Edge with Attitude in beta for the 04. 5?

Can anyone say which readings show in the monitor?

Pyro?, Trans temp?, Boost?

Are any of the meters run through the comp or are they hardlined such as a boost bolt?



Like I said, I'm trying to pry, I just want to know what info is available to us. A search showed nata, but that may be the new format.

Someone throw a bone here.

I was told Monday 9-13-04 that the Edge Juice with Attitude is being beta tested now and will be available in 60 days give or take a few days.



I know the monitor displayed EGT's, boost and quite a few other readings but I'm not sure about transmission temps. It does have a variable preset for EGT's. The way he explained it, it would defuel at whatever temp you set it at.



The Guy I talked to also told me that the Edge Juice with Attitude will hook up post ECM and will not throw or show any codes when removed for warranty work. Just so you know, this is what I was told by a salesman at 4 Wheel Parts in Plano, TX so if anyone else knows better please speak up. If this is true I will be getting one when they are available. He also told me the out the door price would be $ 998. 00 with install and the pyro probe is installed pre turbo.

When it does become available I'll be spending my money through a TDR board supporter rather than 4WP... ... ... too many bad stories.



EGTs, boost,... ... ... ... ... "And quite a few other readings?" What else can there be? I guess maybe Trip, Econ type stuff.

I just don't want to pay for an X-Monitor and then a Juice, TST is over kill for me.

If the Juice is made properly the capability diffreces between it and the TST will be negligable.

I thought the upper settings of the TST need, at the least turbo mods, to be reliable where as the Juice is a bit more passive.

They won't tell us how "passive" it is but if it is in fact a 150hp box has been advertised the upper settings on it will also require turbo mods. The stock turbo simply cannot flow enough air to make that kind of power.

The guy I talked to told me it was the only one that hooks up post ECM and that all other performance boxes hook up pre ECM and will still show codes when removed, even if you disconnect the the battery.

I'm a beta tester for the new edge. Works great, a few minor kinks however, but Edge is aware of the issues and working on resolving them now. PM me for more info. All in all a great box. You will be pleased.

I too am a Beta tester of The Juice attitude package love the gaging and its features. If anyone has questions please PM me as well. Now I just need to figure out how to Piggy back the edge box on they said it would improve milage. any suggestions?

Are the Juice units in beta for the 2004 305/555 yet? I've been debating the TST because it's taking so long. I heard from Edge that you will be able to stack the EZ and Juice. Has anybody tried this yet? PM me any info you might have but don't want to post. Thanks!
